Welcome to Filament Genius ("the App"). Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our software. By registering and signing in, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Service Description

Filament Genius is a filament inventory management tool for 3D printing enthusiasts. We provide cloud synchronization, inventory tracking, and consumption analysis to help you manage your materials efficiently.

2. User Accounts & Security

• Third-Party Login: We offer OAuth login via Apple, Google, and WeChat. You are responsible for the security of your third-party accounts.
• Account Information: You are responsible for the accuracy of nicknames, inventory data, and records entered into the App.
• Right of Deletion: You have the right to initiate account deletion at any time in the settings. All associated data will be erased from the cloud within 30 days.

3. Intellectual Property & Data Ownership

• App Rights: All source code, design, graphics, and trademarks in Filament Genius belong to the developer.
• User Data: Ownership of inventory data and project records remains with you. We store this data solely for providing sync services.

4. Code of Conduct

• You shall not use the App for illegal activities or upload content that is pornographic, violent, or otherwise extreme.
• You shall not attempt to breach the App's servers or interfere with other users' normal use.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

• Auto-Renewal Mechanism: Access to certain premium features (Pro Membership) may require a paid subscription. Unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, your subscription will automatically renew at the agreed price and cycle.
• Refund Policy: Services are delivered as digital virtual goods, and generally, no refunds are provided once activated. For deductions generated through Apple App Store, Google Play, or other third-party payment gateways, all refund requests are entirely handled and determined by the respective platforms' policies. We do not process or grant direct refunds.
• Managing and Canceling Subscriptions: To unsubscribe, you must proactively manage or cancel the auto-renewal service through your device's system billing settings (e.g., "Apple ID -> Subscriptions" on iOS devices, "Google Play -> Subscriptions" on Android devices) or the relevant customer portal. Deleting your account within the App or uninstalling the app will NOT automatically stop your subscription. While your account email may be used to recover access to past purchases upon creating a new account, such recovery does not constitute an active or canceled subscription.

6. Disclaimer

• Hardware Compatibility: The App is a management tool. Since 3D printing involves external hardware and environment variables, we are not liable for printing failures or printer damage.
• Data Loss Risk: While we ensure data stability, we recommend backing up important local information due to unforeseeable network or technical failures.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these terms as needed. Updated terms will be notified via in-app updates. If you disagree, you may stop using the App and delete your account; continued use constitutes acceptance.

7. Third-Party Acknowledgments

Our application uses avatar generation services provided by DiceBear (https://dicebear.com). Specifically, we use the 'Bottts Neutral' style, which is a remix by DiceBear and based on the original 'Bottts' designs by Pablo Stanley. These assets are used in accordance with their respective licenses that grant permission for personal and commercial use.
